HoW to OrDeR

Kalau sesiapa berminat sila lengkapkan Order Form yang telah disediakan.

Details of what you should write when ordering:

* Your full name and complete mailing address. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct to ensure that there will be no problems later on with the delivery of packages to it's destination. I will not be made responsible for any missing packages due to incomplete mailing address. 

* Your active contact number.
   (Hand phone number or office phone number)

* If you wish to order handmade cards. Do email me your version or demand. 


* If you wish to order craft products, do write the name of the product that you wish to order. 


* The quantity of the items you wish to order.

* Wordings/inscriptions that you wish for me to write or print on the card or inside the card.


Please take note that I will not entertain inquiries of card prices or card orders via sms. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:-

ATM Transfer 
CIMB / BIMB / BSN

Mardhiah's Craft akan memberi no akaun apabila order form lengkap di isi. Bukti pembayaran hendaklah dihantar melalui email disertakan dengan nama, reference number, tarikh & masa.

Mardhiah's Craft tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas pembayaran tanpa bukti pembayaran. Kegagalan untuk mempamerkan bukti bayaran penghantaran tidak  dapat dilakukan.
